Banking & Finance Solicitor - Dubai
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to join a recognised team based in Dubai. The role involves acting on diverse projects including debt and leasing transactions for energy and infrastructure assets across the Middle East, Shariah-compliant Islamic finance structures, and asset financing for real estate, ships, aircraft, and more.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with lead partners in Energy, Islamic, and Asset Finance, contributing to the growth of the wider practice. Collaboration with global offices and practice areas is a key component, ensuring an international perspective and seamless support for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting on large energy, waste, water, and infrastructure projects in the Middle East
2. Working on complex Islamic finance structures with Shariah-compliant banks and clients
3. Handling asset financing for ships, aircraft, rolling stock, and project assets

About You:
This role suits a driven, commercially focused solicitor with a solid background in project finance. The ideal candidate will be:

1. A qualified solicitor, ideally with 3+ PQE, and solid experience in project and asset finance
2. Committed to business development and client relationship management
3. Well-organized with effective time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
4. Experienced in the UAE or GCC region
