Banking Assistant

A leading business services provider is seeking a Banking Onboarding Specialist to oversee and manage the end-to-end corporate banking and insurance onboarding process for its clients. This role is instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and ensuring a seamless client experience during account and insurance onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the onboarding process for banking products and insurance solutions offered to clients and employees.
2. Liaise with banking partners to understand and meet the requirements for opening corporate bank accounts for clients.
3. Provide prompt and professional support to clients navigating the bank account opening process.
4. Maintain strong client relationships to assess and address their business banking and insurance needs.
5. Effectively manage client expectations, address challenges, and resolve issues related to account and insurance onboarding.
6. Conduct formal face-to-face meetings with clients and stakeholders.
7. Ensure timely follow-ups aligned with internal standards.
8. Support broader business operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Familiarity with UAE banking regulations, corporate banking products, AML policies, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
4. Experience in a multicultural, multinational work environment.
5. High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
