We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing banking compliance, arranging documentation, and supporting financial and administrative operations. Key responsibilities include:
Responding to banking compliance requirements by preparing necessary documents.
Creating contracts, invoices, and other financial documents.
Logging into the company's bank account daily to extract and review bank statements.
Arranging and processing invoices for inward and outward transactions.
Communicating effectively with banks to resolve issues and provide necessary information.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
This is an onsite role, and we will provide training for any specific skill gaps. We are looking for a long-term team member committed to growing with the company.
