Bank teller

Bank Teller - Abu Dhabi

We are an established bank in Abu Dhabi looking to hire a Bank Teller. The ideal candidate must be responsible, friendly, and well-organized. We are ready to consider a foreigner for the position with a salary of 1200.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a banking environment
2. Proven track record in customer service
3. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of financial products and services
6. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
7. High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and identify their needs or direct them to the appropriate person for assistance
2. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, wire transfers, money orders, etc. accurately and timely
3. Balance daily transactions; investigate discrepancies when necessary
4. Provide accurate information about bank products and services; refer customers to higher management when necessary
5. Maintain customer confidentiality with all banking information
