Job description

  • Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized institute, showcasing a solid foundation in baking techniques.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a professional bakery setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of production workflows.
  • Certifications in food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Experience with both large-scale production and artisanal baking methods, providing versatility in baking styles.
