Entry-Level Baker

We are a bakery in El-Ain seeking an Entry-Level Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in baking and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes
2. Mix and knead dough
3. Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
4. Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or toppings
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
6. Follow food safety standards and guidelines
7. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in baking or culinary arts preferred but not required
3. Ability to follow recipes accurately
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Good time management skills
6. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: El-Ain

Nationality: Preferably Indian

Language: English proficiency required
