Position Summary:

Our baker will certainly be in charge of creating fresh breads and pastries daily as component of our farm-to-table menus. They will handle our onsite brick stove and also oven. The candidate needs to support the kitchen team in preparing food selections for occasions and restaurants.

Secret Duties:

1. Prepare all baked goods needed for daily menu
2. Support kitchen in execution of event food selections
3. Measuring and combining components and utilizing mixers, blenders and various other equipment.
4. Maintain a tidy and hygienic workplace.
5. Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring all tools is sterilized and prepared for the next shift.

Required:

1. 3+ years in a professional cooking setting
2. Commitment to personal health and wellness and interest for cooking, nourishment and sustainability.
3. Strong coordination and collaboration abilities.
4. Kindness, approachability and interest for collaborating with other individuals.
