Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back Support Sales cum Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the Engineering and Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
4. Make cold calls and follow up with clients to schedule appointments and meetings.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
9. Perform both sales and marketing duties to drive business growth.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
11. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

1. MBA in Marketing.
2. Minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
3. Preferable UAE driving license.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
7. Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
8. Fluency in English and Hindi.
9. Good knowledge of the UAE market is essential.
10. Preferably Ladies.
