Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Diamond Jewelry Sales professional to join our team at Shashvat Jewels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diamonds and jewelry, as well as a proven track record of success in sales within the industry. The candidate should also have experience in B2B sales in diamond and jewelry of Lab Grown Diamonds.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and industry trends.
    • Stay up-to-date with market developments, new products, and competitor activity.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on diamond and jewelry purchases.
  • B2B Sales and Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
    • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
    • Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth.
  • Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and databases.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, gemology).
    2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales within the diamond and jewelry industry.
    3. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lab Grown diamonds, jewelry, and industry trends.
    4. Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. B2B Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales in diamond and jewelry, with a strong understanding of client needs and business challenges.
