Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development and Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving business growth in the UAE and Gulf region by acquiring high-value clients such as Private Banks, Investment Firms, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage high-value clients in the financial and investment sectors.
• Utilize a strong sales network to schedule meetings, conduct presentations, and present tailored investment solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet acquisition goals and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and the company’s offerings.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize client outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, particularly in financial services or investment firms.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in investments in the US market products, with strong knowledge and familiarity in financial services available within the UAE market.
• Solid understanding of the UAE financial market and familiarity with investment firms in both UAE and US markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving client acquisition.
• Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
