Job Title: B2B Client Acquisition Specialist (Female Candidates only)

Contract Type: Permanent, Onsite

Work Schedule: Full time - 6 days a week

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Engage Leads: Strong ability to open doors, research, locate, and establish contact with potential clients, including Private Banks, Investment Firms, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and HNWIs within Dubai with a long-term plan to expand engagement across the Gulf region.
  • Schedule and Facilitate Appointments: Arrange meetings with potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed about Client’s offerings and the value it can provide.
  • Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and implement customized strategies to effectively target high-value clients and meet acquisition goals.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring trust and alignment with Client's mission and services.
  • Monitor Client Engagement: Track and analyze interactions with potential clients to refine outreach efforts and improve overall conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education / Certifications: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent English (both writing and speaking), Arabic is an advantage.
  • Mobility: Some travel required, such as attending events or meeting clients.
  • Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Client Acquisition and Outreach in UAE, preferred in the FinTech / Financial Market.
  • Skills: Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a professional attitude. Highly self-disciplined and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Proven ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, and drive results without constant supervision. Working in a remote work environment, with proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems. Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of the UAE financial market and local business culture.
  • Preferred: Has family visa.
  • Key Skills: Strong Communication & Negotiation skills (Verbal and Writing), Client Engagement, Analytical Skills, Financial Market Knowledge (advantage).
