Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CC&B Functional Consultant to join our digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in merging two Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. Experience with Data Migration is key. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyse and document business requirements related to the CC&B systems merger.
Design and configure CC&B solutions to meet business needs and project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide expertise in CC&B functionalities, processes, and best practices.
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity and performance of the merged systems.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a CC&B Functional Consultant in digital transformation projects, preferably within the utilities or telecommunications sector.
Strong knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems and their integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills :
Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the region.
Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
