Job Title : CC&B Functional Consultant - Digital Transformation, Data Migration

Duration : 12 months

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CC&B Functional Consultant to join our digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in merging two Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. Experience with Data Migration is key. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse and document business requirements related to the CC&B systems merger.
• Design and configure CC&B solutions to meet business needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expertise in CC&B functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity and performance of the merged systems.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CC&B Functional Consultant in digital transformation projects, preferably within the utilities or telecommunications sector.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems and their integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the region.
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
