Your purpose at Bravantic

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Administrator with expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) and cloud security to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance, and supporting the organization's digital transformation goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure;
  • Implement and manage virtual networks, VMs, storage accounts, and other Azure resources;
  • Optimize Azure workloads for performance and cost-efficiency;
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business;
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments and integrations with on-premises systems;
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and data retention policies;
  • Implement and monitor Azure security best practices, including Identity Protection, MFA, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Defender for Cloud;
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation of Azure resources and M365 services;
  • Develop and enforce cloud governance policies, including compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001;
  • Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to support DevOps and automation initiatives using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates;
  • Create and maintain documentation for cloud systems and processes;
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and availability issues;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Azure and M365 service-related incidents and outages.

Profile we are looking for

  • Academic qualifications in the areas of information technology;
  • Professional experience equal to or greater than 3 years in similar functions;
  • Speak English Fluently;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and resilience skills;
