Main objective of the role is to build and enhance the personal loans product to provide seamless experience to our customers. Identify opportunities within the portfolio as well as acquisition to create a sustainable personal loans business.
Regular tracking and monitoring of the different segments of customer base for profitability and health of the portfolio.
Work continuously on improving product propositions and processes.
Build and implement different acquisition strategies with specific targeting to various customer segments.
Facilitate various campaigns to drive loan growth maintaining required product margins.
Regular benchmarking of competition and identify best practices across the world.
Continuously provide analysis of product and portfolio performance and recommend areas of improvement.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Continuous product development keeping abreast with market trends.
Build innovative products in line with best available across various markets.
Adopt best practices through regular benchmarking of competitors.
Engage with various stakeholders mainly distribution, credit operations, etc. to improve policies and processes.
Portfolio Management:
Continuous monitoring of various portfolio KPIs: ENR, NIM, COR, GII, FTP, etc.
Align campaigns with customer focus in mind and balance with product profitability.
Always find ways to improve acquisition and retention.
Facilitate the delivery of product campaigns as part of the annual calendar as well as other campaigns designed to support business growth.
Process Improvement and Digital Enablement:
Partner with various consumer banking teams and Customer Experience on process improvement and transformation initiatives.
Drive customer value as Product Manager, directly engage with internal and external stakeholders to deploy onboarding and customer engagement solutions, acquisition journeys, mobile and internet bank services, etc.
Keep a close eye on various marketing communications notifications to customers and always ensure proper and appropriate value propositions are communicated.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related discipline is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and/or consumer banking products with at least 7 years in a similar role.
