Job Title: Aviation Security Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract Type: Fixed-Term

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Security Assistant to support our operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a contract role, and the successful candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support within the aviation department.
• Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations and procedures.
• Handle and manage sensitive information with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and records related to aviation operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Maintain organized files and supported day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation administration.
• A fluent Arabic speaker is required.
• Basic knowledge of aviation security regulations and procedures.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be locally available in the UAE.
• Must be able to join immediately.
