ABOUT THE ROLE

Primary Duties:

1. Processing of Safety reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
2. Deliver safety training to DCAF employees
3. Implement documentation reviews and revisions
4. Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
5. Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
6. Promote Quality & Safety throughout the company
7. Any other tasks as determined by the Safety Manager/Quality Manager

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

1. High School Certificate
2. Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license
3. Previous experience within Safety Management

Job-Specific Skills:

1. Good knowledge of Safety Management systems
2. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
3. Previous experience working with IQSMS
4. Basic knowledge of WebManuals
5. Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
7. Good communications and interpersonal skills
