Key Responsibilities:

1. Assists in providing technical support and setup of AV equipment to the Meeting & Events, and guests.
2. Assist in guiding the users to help set up AV systems or resolve escalated issues.
3. Troubleshoots and maintains all the AV equipment.
4. Ensure Hotel Guest Rooms TV channels and transmission systems are up-to-date and in operation all the time.
5. Conduct an inventory for all equipment used for Meeting & Events every month.

Requirements:

1. Experience as an AV technician is required but not essential.
2. Ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
3. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
4. Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
5. Strong communication skills.
