AV Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented audiovisual technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for setting up, testing, operating, assessing, maintaining, and repairing sound and video equipment for live events, such as auditoriums, business conventions, meetings, webinars, distance learning, audio concerts, and entertainment shows.

The candidates should be capable of dealing with AV equipment like projectors, screens, video walls, video cameras, recording equipment, and sound equipment such as amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and mixers. Technicians must be good team players with teamwork skills to work with client staff, keep track of equipment inventory, and address equipment issues.
