AV Field Service Engineer

Duties

1. Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders.
2. Fulfil any service level agreement (SLA) that is in place and meet the clients' requirements and expectations.
3. Deliver scheduled preventative maintenance of professional audio-visual equipment on-site.
4. Implement works on-site relating to the addition to or modification of hardware/software within existing installations as required.
5. Provide possible solutions to client-specific issues or requests, such as recommending additional equipment or solutions and directing them to the relevant resource within the sales & systems integration team.
