Automotive Workshop Electrical Supervisor

Allocates jobs to subordinates according to their skills & levels to assure efficient & effective work.

• Makes sure promises to customers kept & feeds back to service advisor any difficulties/hitches to avoid undesired customers surprises
  
• Solves & diagnoses technical difficulties/problems encountered by subordinates for smooth & faster repair/maintenance.
  
• Manages workshop resources for high utilization, efficiency thus productivity which helps in achieving planned target.
  
• Conducts on job training & illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge.
  
• Feeds back ideas/suggestions to Asst. Workshop Manager for workshop processes improvement
  
• Prepares & submits administrative reports to Asst. Workshop Manager used for service processes analysis & development.
  
• Supervises usage of workshop assets to be maintained in good condition.
  

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance as an Automotive Workshop Electrical Supervisor in UAE - Prefer in dealership
  
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems
  
• Familiarity with CAN bus systems and vehicle communication protocols
  
• Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage systems
  
• Reading, writing and speaking in English is mandatory.
  
• Prefer to have UAE driving license.
