Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective merchandising.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and finance departments to develop promotional campaigns and financing options.
Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics in Dubai.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
