Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  5. Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective merchandising.
  6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and finance departments to develop promotional campaigns and financing options.

Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics in Dubai.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
