Liaises with Service Advisor in receiving accident vehicles from customers.
Verifies police reports and related documents.
Conducts a thorough inspection of accident vehicles, prepares a list of essential parts and in liaise with Parts Department, obtains all necessary information required for preparing the estimates i.e. parts availability, price etc. and calculate the required labour hours.
Coordinates with workshop supervisor and prepares necessary estimates through Audatex.
Once the repair authorisation is received from insurance company, records the approval details in the system and files the approved documents, L P O’s, etc.
Liaises with Service Advisor for necessary information regarding work progress of approved repairs.
