Automation Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, maintain, and repair various types of marine engines, systems, and equipment.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.
3. Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
4. Repair or replace faulty parts, and perform tests to ensure repairs are successful.
5. Install and set up marine equipment, including navigation systems, communication systems, and safety equipment.
6. Ensure compliance with marine safety standards and regulations.
7. Document all repair and maintenance work for record keeping.
8. Provide technical advice and support to clients or crew members.
9. Work closely with other marine professionals, such as ship captains, engineers, and marine surveyors.
10. Driving license will be an advantage.
