Automation Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain home automation systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with smart home devices (e.g., lighting, security, AV, HVAC controls) and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure smart home systems (Control4, KNX, Crestron, Lutron, Nest, Ring, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair wiring, networking, and automation system issues.
• Provide excellent on-site customer service and training to clients.
• Work closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Stay updated on the latest home automation trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in low-voltage wiring, home automation, or AV installation.
• Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave, IP configurations).
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Intercom, Access control, HVAC, Wifi, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites.
