Automation Engineer

Role: Pacis PSO Automation Engineer

Location: Qatar & UAE

Tenure: Extendable after every one-year (long term contract)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing and commissioning of multiple vendors' relays, operator interfaces, gateways, and related equipment including Schneider brand Bay Control Units (BCU), Bay Control Protection Units (BCPU), and Relays.
2. Creating models of HMIs, gateways, and station servers with the necessary window and operating systems.
3. Configuring standard settings for network switches such as Hirschman and Connexium.
4. Undertaking iFAT, FAT, and SAT for a range of projects.
5. Examining project documentation and engineering drawings to ensure scheme requirements and the entire project scope of work are met.
