Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our team who has experience in Roadworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed and accurate architectural and engineering drawings. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to produce plans that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and incorporate changes.
3. Review and modify existing drawings based on feedback or changes in project scope.
4. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company specifications.
5. Maintain organized records of all drafts and project documentation.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and design reports.
7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role in the construction industry (SPECIFICALLY ROADWORKS).
2. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
3. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
