Auto Event Coordinator
Job description
- Develop and execute innovative event concepts tailored to the automotive industry, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience interests.
- Background in event management.
- Experience liaising with event organizers and partners for participation.
- Ability to maintain an updated list of upcoming auto events and auctions in the US, UK, EU, and GCC.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Principal and Auto team for all non-technical communications.
- Multilingual candidates preferred (Italian/French).
- Experience working with OEMs is an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for the role.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) to streamline planning and execution processes.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages preferred to cater to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with vendors, sponsors, and team members.
