AUT Supervisor

Minimum Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to will be as follows:

1. To take all precautions to protect the environment.
2. Work in such manner as to ensure self-safety as well as that of co-worker's safety.
3. Avail themselves of company internal and any other required training programs as and when required by the management.
4. Shall participate in the daily toolbox talks and follow the instruction from the site coordinators/crew leaders.
5. Use and maintain all safety devices provided for execution of job as delegated.
6. Maintain and properly use all tools under their control and use the right tools for the job.
7. Provide fellow employees help with safety attitudes and its requirements.
8. Report for work in clothing suitable for work, and in such a manner that clothes and jewelry worn will not constitute a hazard.
9. Perform the work in a safe and alert manner, and be aware of the possibility of unseen dangers or situations.
10. Are not expected to sacrifice their own or others' safety to perform their duties.
11. Keep clean work area and maintain housekeeping.
12. Complete supervision of AUT team and communicate with client representatives for any technical issues.
13. Preparation of AUT setup for the demonstration.
14. Performing AUT demonstration as per the project specific and AUT procedural requirements.
15. Planning the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting and wastage of resources.
16. Perform AUT, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing, and TOFD on various types of jobs liaising with approved procedural requirements.
17. Able to perform required calibrations and demonstrations as per the project specific approved procedures.
18. Able to interpret the specific code requirements related to AUT, PAUT, and TOFD.
19. Prepare scan plan using ES beam tool or NDT setup builder, collect PAUT data and able to do interpretation either in Omni PC or Tomoview.
20. Prepare final inspection reports as per the approved procedural requirements.
21. Able to perform the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting and wastage of resources.
22. Able to troubleshoot the problems occurring in the NDT equipment of AUT, Phased Array, and TOFD System to support the maintenance engineers.
