Our Associate Consultants play pivotal roles in supporting the delivery of project engagements service delivery and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. They engage in designated focus areas ensuring diligent monitoring and successful execution of projects that align with agreed outcomes.
Operating across various sectors including transport, energy, banking & insurance, and the public sector, the Middle East team addresses challenges in innovation and business transformation. Guided by experienced consultants, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team engaging in a wide range of missions:
- Assisting consultants and managers in the delivery of project work across a range of clients based mainly at Sia's offices and sometimes at client sites.
- Helping the commercial activity: drafting business proposals and other client materials, conducting market research, and helping identify and bring forward potential commercial opportunities.
- Undertaking training.
- Working closely with stakeholders to capture process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conducting understanding sessions, analyzing activities, and mapping As-Is process models.
- Designing workflows capturing process narratives, RACI inputs and outputs, application systems, etc.
- Conducting working sessions for validation and knowledge transfers.
As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients covering topics such as:
- Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Business strategy definition & implementation: elaboration of business plans, digital strategy, market studies, financial modeling, benchmarks, and data analysis.
- Business improvement: business processes study, mapping & reengineering, performance management design & implementation, benchmarks & analysis.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background (e.g. Business, Mathematics, Economics) from a top-tier university.
- 1 year of experience preferably in consulting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments while working on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
- Business Process Management or Reengineering.
- Stakeholder Management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio and ARIS is a plus.
- Business proficiency level in English and Arabic (reading, writing, typing) is a must.
