Key responsibilities:

1. Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame;
2. Continually enhance & uphold the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent planning, delivery, report writing and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders;
3. Demonstrate commercial acumen and real added value when feeding back to clients;
4. Establish and develop an effective partnership, which secures the commercial relationship and encourages opportunities for business development and increased client satisfaction with clients in your portfolio;
5. Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines.

Skills:

1. Fluent English and Arabic;
2. Graduate in IT or related fields;
3. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
4. Passion, commitment and energy;
5. Client-centric approach.

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of ISO 27001;
2. Proven experience in managing key accounts or enterprise accounts;
3. Previous experience as Consultants;
4. Extensive expertise in a wide range of branches.
