QA/QC Engineers with a minimum of 5 years experience in finishing jobs are invited to apply.
Job Description:
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in the area of control.
Ensure that the company's Quality Policy is recognized and executed by all employees reporting to the QA/QC Engineer.
Provide actions based on root cause analysis for quality issues, customer complaints, and corrective action requests.
Lead process improvement team activities to resolve quality issues and enhance productivity on site.
Assist internal auditors in identifying and addressing problematic areas, materials, and processes that negatively impact the company's quality image.
Interact with the site team and subcontractor/main contractor's QA/QC representatives for effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Control and update the application of the Project Quality/Quality Control Plan, quality documents, and prepare monthly QA/QC reports on sites.
Ensure that all installations and testing are performed according to project specifications, approved shop drawings, and requirements of the consultant/client.
Record any nonconformities according to procedure.
Submit inspection requests to the concerned authorities for necessary approval.
Monitor, analyze, communicate, and validate the status of quality-related activities regarding building materials, subcontractor control, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Update the Project Manager with the status of ongoing inspections and testing, contractor and major provider's snags, commissioning, non-conformance, and client issue reports.
