We are seeking a Manager - Shared Services Sharia Audit for one of our clients in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the audit function's strategic development and uphold high Sharia compliance standards across essential corporate functions, including Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Internal Control, and Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Shared Services Audit in creating a comprehensive Sharia Audit Plan covering core corporate functions, with priorities based on Sharia risk assessments and an effective schedule for follow-ups.
Support in staffing plans and financial budget preparations, ensuring the team is equipped with the required knowledge, skills, and disciplines to fulfill the audit plan.
Evaluate Sharia risks and their potential impacts for each audit assignment, ensuring structured and timely execution.
Ensure compliance with professional standards in planning, execution, and reporting of audits, maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness throughout.
Uphold Quality Assurance by implementing and monitoring checklists for ongoing function reviews.
Promote team professional development, staying informed of advancements and monitoring programs for assigned team members.
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Group Head of Internal Sharia Audit, ensuring full accountability and performance excellence.
