Audio-Visual Programmer

Designation: AV Programmer

Job Purpose: The Audio-Visual Programmer is responsible for designing and standardizing Audio-Visual hardware and programming.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for designing complex audio/video/control systems standards and ensuring adoption through Global Offices.
• Develop and implement wiring and configuration standards for all Audio-Visual systems while adhering to best practices.
• Consult on new and existing Audio-Video projects with feedback to the authority.
• General daily routine administration of Audio-Video equipment and project locations.
• Crestron programming: troubleshoot, test, correct, and commission.
• Develop and manage operational and preventive maintenance checks for all Audio-Visual systems.
• Work on all Apple products and provide support.
• Full responsibility for designing, commissioning, and projection in the cinema.
• Accountable for maintaining the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all work for the royal family.
• Research, analyze, and recommend electronic systems improvements and enhancements for audio-visual systems.
• Perform networking troubleshooting to diagnose static and dynamic IPs.
• Responsible for identifying defective or failed equipment and taking ownership of resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of similar experience.
• English language proficiency.
• Problem-solving approach.
• Team player.
• Ability to handle independent projects.
• Must provide support 24/7, if necessary.
