Designation: AV Programmer
Job Purpose: The Audio-Visual Programmer is responsible for designing and standardizing Audio-Visual hardware and programming.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for designing complex audio/video/control systems standards and ensuring adoption through Global Offices.
- Develop and implement wiring and configuration standards for all Audio-Visual systems while adhering to best practices.
- Consult on new and existing Audio-Video projects with feedback to the authority.
- General daily routine administration of Audio-Video equipment and project locations.
- Crestron programming: troubleshoot, test, correct, and commission.
- Develop and manage operational and preventive maintenance checks for all Audio-Visual systems.
- Work on all Apple products and provide support.
- Full responsibility for designing, commissioning, and projection in the cinema.
- Accountable for maintaining the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all work for the royal family.
- Research, analyze, and recommend electronic systems improvements and enhancements for audio-visual systems.
- Perform networking troubleshooting to diagnose static and dynamic IPs.
- Responsible for identifying defective or failed equipment and taking ownership of resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of similar experience.
- English language proficiency.
- Problem-solving approach.
- Team player.
- Ability to handle independent projects.
- Must provide support 24/7, if necessary.
