ATM Test Engineer

We're Hiring IT ATM Test Engineer (ATM and Cards Support) | Abu Dhabi, UA

Are you an expert in ATM switches (Base24 eps), ISO messages, Visa & MasterCard interfaces? Do you have in-depth knowledge of cards (Debit, Credit, Pre-paid), acquiring & issuing payments, ATM, POS terminals, and banking kiosks? If yes, we want to hear from you!

• Role: IT ATM Test Engineer ATM and Cards Support

Key Expertise:

• Proficient in ATM Switches (Base24 eps), ISO Messages, Visa & MasterCard interfaces
• Strong knowledge of EMV, card issuing/acquiring payments, and switching transactions
• Experience with ATM (NCR, Diebold), NDC, IFX protocols, cash deposit machines, recyclers
• Hands-on experience with ATM security protocols, HSM (Thales, Safenet), and key management
• Familiarity with PCI compliance, 3DSecure, secure communications, and payment gateways

Responsibilities:

• SLA & KPI Management: Ensure smooth operations and compliance
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with vendors & external partners for quick resolutions
• System Upgrades & Maintenance: Support teams in hardening/patching activities
• Troubleshooting: Handle critical issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Project Support: Provide technical assistance for ongoing projects & UAT
