Job Description & Summary

What is expected from you?

As an Associate within the ACE Support Team, you will be performing office administration tasks supporting our regional audit team. Your tasks will also be reflected by our values and PwC Professional Framework which includes:

  1. Developing yourself personally, taking a keen interest in the services and learning the skills needed to execute them to a high level of quality in an efficient way.
  2. The role also requires that the candidate is able to collaborate with colleagues across different countries in the region on the standardised services to ensure they are being conducted in accordance with the user guide.
  3. Working with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives.
  4. As an associate in the ACE team, the role includes wider practice communication responsibilities which relate to the execution of the individual work request.
  5. The role sits within a rapidly growing part of PwC’s Assurance Centre of Excellence. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the delivery of our services to the Middle Eastern Assurance practice. You will have access to all of the latest training and development tools and the support of the wider PwC network.

What You’ll Bring To This Role

You are ambitious and get use of opportunities to grow and develop. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field.
  2. Fresh graduates or has 1-2 years of experience.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
  4. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
  5. Excellent IT skills in MS Office tools.
  6. Working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines a day while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
  7. Excellent organisational and project management skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  8. Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different countries in the region on translation projects to ensure they meet the client’s expectations.
  9. Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’ and to create a cohesive and effective working team.
  10. Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
