Asst Manager Tool Room NPD

Job Description:

Plans, procures, and maintains molds & spare parts needed to support production requirements.

1. Responsible for analyzing and solving problems related to mold, parts quality, machine, and efficiency.
2. Implement quality improvement initiatives at Molding location & filling line. Ensure mold performance and maintain the best product quality.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Identify, update, and manage critical & non-critical spare parts.
5. Implement Kai-Zen and improvement innovations. Responsible for Tooling Development functions, working with the Technical Manager.
6. Interact with the Industrial Design dept & Product design Dept regarding part DFM & Tool DFM, modification activities.
7. Responsible for conducting trials at vendor locations and coordination.
