We are currently looking for an energetic Asst. Manager - Marketing to join our company.

Experience: 6+ yrs in total, 3+ yrs in UAE (relevant exp. in real estate required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid ads.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for branding, promotions, and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing plans.
• Handle budget planning, ROI analysis, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Support CRM initiatives and enhance customer engagement strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital & offline marketing, analytics, and branding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
