What You Will Be Doing

• Collect and analyze data to develop targeted campaigns, segment customers, and personalize communication to boost acquisition and engagement.
• Regularly track key business metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance data for continuous improvement and alignment with team efforts.
• Implement comprehensive portfolio management frameworks and business tracking mechanisms to support objectives like fee revenue, profitability, cost optimization, and portfolio metrics.
• Develop and execute portfolio segmentation and engagement frameworks, regularly tracking and reporting to drive portfolio growth and identify key opportunity segments for incremental revenue.
• Develop targeted offerings to enhance engagement across all segments and products.
• Support campaign planning, target segmentation, and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement propensity-based campaigns, event-based triggers, and authorization optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure optimal campaign rewards and offers.

• Bachelor's degree or related field, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Portfolio Management / Data Analytics / Portfolio Governance
