Associate Vice President

Looking for an Assistant Vice President for our Non-Motor Team in UAE with at least 10 years of broking experience in the non-motor department, in the UAE.

Given below are the key job responsibilities:

1. Identifying key resources to implement long term strategies and increase market penetration.
2. Ensuring smooth functioning of new business/renewal in the Non Motor department.
3. Identifying ways to sustain revenue on long term basis.
4. Achieve new business targets both of DBU, BDU and other business channels including units.
5. Ensure maximum new business conversions and cross sell.
6. Identify new streams of revenue growth/new products.
7. Work closely with marketing, digital sales team in H.O to develop business development ideas/campaigns both in online and offline space. Improve visibility within the business/social circle.
8. Ensuring best customer service/technical support to all customers. Ensure widest possible cover provided to all customers at the most competitive prices.
