Job Purpose

Performs daily tasks that contribute to designing, developing, and supporting applications that drive business success. Gain hands-on experience, optimize performance, and collaborate with experts to deliver impactful solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

General

1. Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment to deliver solutions.
2. Analyze business needs and develop practical, effective solutions.
3. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
4. Maintain and share knowledge within the team to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on individuals.
5. Coordinate tasks with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of assignments.
6. Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach in all activities.

Technical

1. Assist in designing and developing software applications using tools like Oracle, .Net, Java, or ABAP under supervision.
2. Write clean, efficient, and error-free code adhering to development standards and best practices.
3. Perform basic integration tasks for new systems following established guidelines.
4. Ensure applications meet performance standards and are secure at the data level.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to support smooth business operations.
6. Collaborate with the team to test, modify, and enhance programs for better functionality.
7. Follow established change control procedures for applying updates or changes to applications.
8. Document deployment processes and create guides to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
9. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and maintain high coding standards for quality outcomes.

Requirements

Education

1. Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Application Development, Engineering or equivalent

Experience

1. Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of programming or application development experience.
2. Preferable work experience in building critical business applications in technology areas like Oracle, .Net, Java, or ABAP.
