Quality and Hygiene Associate - Private Brand | MAF Retail | HyperMarket UAE

Role Summary

The Quality and Hygiene Associate - Private Brand is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements.
2. Implement corrective activities put into place due to audit results.
3. Implement the internal quality and hygiene procedures.
4. Research and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulations.
5. Monitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedures.
6. Monitor and report on food storage compliance with the required health and safety standards.
7. Monitor and report on the segregation, storage, and timely removal of all waste.
8. Implement training for all food and waste handling staff.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or equivalent.
2. 3+ years in related food quality control within the retail or manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. ISO Certification.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Planning and analytical skills.
