As a Program Associate at Amazon, you will play a key role in supporting various operational and business functions within a specific program. You will assist with data management, reporting, and coordination efforts to ensure program objectives are met efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of a Gift Card program including invoicing, catalogue maintenance, promotion creation and merchandising.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Maintain accurate data and reports, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
Track and report program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to develop program processes and improve efficiency.
Support in the resolution of operational issues and escalate complex challenges to senior management.
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the program.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, such as logistics, operations, or supply chain.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
