Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1-2 years in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
• Experience in managing HR functions within a tech or IT-focused organization.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
• Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
