Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • Ensure the marketing initiatives are constantly tracked
  • Raise concerns and delays to the senior manager – Corporate marketing
  • Ensure updated online/offline media on ALDAR relevant Marketing platform

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with assigned agencies including media buying and creative agencies
  • Regular audit for online (Intranet, Aldar website, community portal), and offline owned media and liaise internally with the digital team to ensure content is updated as needed
  • Overall online and offline content proofreading (writing if needed)
  • Regular audit of available marketing stock in storage (forms, brochures, owned assets, etc.) on a monthly basis
  • Oversee and report the condition of outdoor assets inclusive of on-site flags, hoarding, etc. (sites under construction, ready site) and ensure that the brand is as per ALDAR current policy
  • Manage the marketing archive and the accuracy of the working folder (updated material)
  • Follow up on overall production status timelines (such as brochures, stands) and raise red flags when needed
  • Monitor the marketing calendar and Corporate project(s) progress, raise red flags to the senior manager
  • Monitor the budget expenditures vs. planned and report periodically to the Senior manager – Corporate Marketing
  • Manage all requisitions, permits, badges and forms on behalf of the marketing team

Skills & Qualifications

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 6+ years of working experience in marketing preferably in a real estate sector.

Field Of Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Experience in real estate or private sector preferable

Technical And Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and proven creative skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks
