Develop and implement a comprehensive digital, public relations, marketing and communications strategy aligned with the approved marketing plan for Saadiyat Beach Club, Kai Beach, Soul Beach and Aldar Marinas with the guidance/support of the Corporate Director, Marketing.
Conduct market research to identify needs, opportunities, trends and competitive landscape.
Develop, implement and manage the overall content strategy/direction of Beaches and Marinas along with the guidance and support of the Cluster Resort Director and Corporate Director, Marketing.
Assist and support the Cluster Resort Director in identifying the yearly marketing budgetary requirements and monthly expense forecast.
Actively seek growth opportunities and identify gaps in the digital landscape to ensure a forward-thinking and comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
Monitor, analyze and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum profitability / ROAS.
Identify and follow through PR/brand/sponsorship opportunities with the support of the PR agency.
Brand, PR & Content Management:
Oversees and manages communication with external partners, creative, social media and PR agencies to ensure accurate, quality, timely production and placement of material.
Reviews and proofreads the press releases, property and facility descriptions, corporate and promotional communications along with the guidance of the Cluster Resort Director.
Implement brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency and authenticity across all touchpoints.
Create compelling copies for marketing and communication assets and content to effectively convey the brand message and engage the target audience.
Work closely with the creative team by providing detailed briefs and ensuring creative deadlines are met.
Manage and oversee the brand identity and brand reputation of the Beaches and Marinas.
