Role Description And Major Responsibilities Drive sales engagements
Lead consultative sales engagements and strategic client development initiatives focused on Analytics and AI topics across all accounts in the EEMEA region
Deliver against sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships
Actively contribute to Mastercard Worldwide deal bids, ensuring high-quality proposals aligned with client objectives and organizational goals
Client needs analysis and problem structuring
Build trusted relationships with senior and mid-level clients by deeply understanding both implicit business needs and explicit requests
Analyze and prioritize critical aspects of complex or ill-defined business problems to define clear, actionable goals
Develop structured approaches and key hypotheses to tackle large-scale, multi-dimensional projects
Sales pitch development, project collaboration and communication
Design and contribute to compelling sales pitches, from initial storyboarding to impactful face-to-face presentations
Craft succinct and persuasive written deliverables tailored to different audience levels, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while delivering measurable client outcomes
Innovative solution design, knowledge sharing and thought leadership
Drive knowledge management by organizing internal training sessions, conceptualizing new analytics solutions, and expanding the solution suite
Develop and refine innovative, data-driven solutions by leveraging cutting-edge AI and analytics methodologies
Contribute to the organization’s intellectual capital by authoring thought-provoking articles, blogs, and whitepapers on emerging analytics and AI trends

Desired candidate profile
Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or AI and Data Science field required
MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
Experience And Skills Needed
Proven experience in top-tier management consulting firms and/or relevant technology industries, showcasing a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions
Analytics and AI domain expert with 10+ years of demonstrated success in leading transformative initiatives and achieving measurable results
Demonstrates the ability to independently initiate, develop, and close sales
In-depth knowledge of advanced AI and Generative AI technologies and trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business applications
Expertise in data strategy, digital transformation, and analytics-driven decision-making
Understanding of cloud platforms and their role in enabling scalable AI and data solutions
Solid understanding of the payments market, emerging trends, and opportunities
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to frame client opportunities in financial terms (e.g., value quantification, ROI analysis)
Strong ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
Demonstrates multi-tasking proficiency in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create data-driven deliverables and impactful presentations
