Job Summary

Identify, analyze, define, and manage projects to provide insights for business to help bring about improvements and aid data-driven decision-making processes across IFFCO Group globally. Work with stakeholders globally and manage technical delivery through managing external and internal partners for project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data using analytical & statistical techniques.
• Own design & delivery of high-end statistical modeling across the business.
• Have a deep understanding of various statistical modeling techniques.
• Expert in R/Python coding languages.
• Ability to independently design, set up, and run statistical forecasting models.
• Effectively communicate with business to present conclusions based on findings.
• Engage and influence business users to identify potential areas in analytics that bring in business benefits.
• Understand business functionalities and convert to requirement documents which can be used for development.
• Create project plans for development and implementation of projects.

Work Experience Requirement

• 8 to 10 years’ experience working with business intelligence, advanced analytics, data management, visualization, and insight generation tools.
• Work experience with B4Hana is an added advantage.
• Hands-on Project Management experience.
• Expert at designing and implementing dashboards.
• Expertise in areas of data visualization using user experience (UX) techniques.
• Proven experience in development using tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), etc.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience in managing analytics projects and report automation.
• Experience in the preparation of detailed requirements and technical specification documents for analytics solutions.
• Good understanding of ETL, Data Modelling, data integration, and Data Warehouse technologies like SAP B4, Cloud DW, Azure, Snowflake, etc.
• CPG or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with Senior Business stakeholders, partners, and IT teams in a Matrix organization.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study.
• Experience working with global teams.
• International experience is highly desirable.
• Certification in advanced analytics, data warehouse, or visualization tools is desirable.
• Project management certification desirable.
• UX design certification desirable.
