Associate Human Resources Generalist (Talent Acquisition Background)

Our client is looking for an Associate, Human Resources Generalist with Talent Acquisition background to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking for talent acquisition.
• Manage employer branding and candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and HRIS systems.
• Address employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Labor laws and company policies.
• Support payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.

Who we’re looking for:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Must have 4 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
• Professional HR Certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) are plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll and Labor compliance.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
