Responsibilities
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to the development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR operations projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT Industry.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
