WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Associate General Counsel, Investment on behalf of our client, a leading Energy company, situated in the UAE.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 12 years+ PQE (trained & qualified with an international law firm).
2. Candidates at Counsel / Junior Partner level or with strong In-house experience.
3. Must have strong International M&A / Deal Transactions experience.
4. Public and Private M&A experience.
